You’ve struggled for too long with Tourette Syndrome without an ally who understands what you live with on a day-to-day basis. You’ve tried various remedies and approaches but still haven’t found the support and relief you’re seeking.

Hello again. I’m Craig Mollins and I’m passionate about helping people with Tourette Syndrome ease their struggles and find more peace.
I was 45 years old when I was finally diagnosed with Tourette’s but it started when I was a little guy of six or seven. I became extremely wound up, started an eye rolling tic, and struggled a great deal of the time. My own healing path started around that time when I would come home after school and lay on my back for an hour of breathing to calm the storm in my mind. These sessions were my first explorations into healing and personal growth.
For most of my life I’ve been a student of human betterment. I’ve been meditating in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition since I was 18 and have pursued studies and training in a wide range of healing and personal development modalities ever since. I’m engaged with realizing my own and others’ potential on many levels, including somatic, emotional, interpersonal, intellectual, and spiritual, and I love the challenge of integrating these on a practical day-to-day level.

Certifications and Other Experience
Embodiment has been a central theme of my professional work and personal interest for over 30 years. In 1995 I was certified as a Rolf Structural Integration practitioner and have been helping people with physical and emotional embodiment ever since. This transformative work has given me deep insight into the body-mind relationship, how to bring these more into balance and bring that balance into day-to-day life.
I practice meditation and qigong daily, and yoga two-three times per week. I love music, dance and movement, and am a new student of piano. After 17 years travelling the world exploring and learning from the deep richness of different cultures, I recently moved to Mexico City, where I’m finding new community, and offering embodiment opportunities in the Roma neighbourhood of the city.
